Titan Skip does not currently remove numbers that are listed on the DNC register. Users of our service are responsible for compliance with current TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) legislation. Scrubbing for DNC numbers and known TCPA litigation is a capability our team is developing.
Why is my list stuck at 1?
Titan skip uses a queue system, more than likely there was a huge list submitted before yours causing the delay. Don't worry our algorithm (Fred) is working away and will get to your list ASAP.
Why did my list return blanks even though LLC and Trusts are removed?

Could be from a multitude of reasons here are a few.

  1. - You got bad or old data from a software so the owner names didnt match up
  2. - The owner was not found for your address
  3. - Owner opted out/ removed information
My list returned error?
This could be for a multitude of reasons, usually because of list formatting. Easiest solution is upload your list to Propwire, Propstream or Batchleads to reformat it and reupload to skiptrace.
I want to skiptrace a list with only addresses.
Upload your list to Propwire or Propstream to find the owners of the property , then take that list and skiptrace with Titanskip.
How do I upload my data?
Data can be uploaded for skip tracing where it says "Upload a list" on the home page. You can also navigate to the "Lists Manager" page on the top ribbon.

When uploading your data, it is important that the data is formatted and corrected. When you go to upload a list you will see the data organization tabs in the bottom right corner. If your data is not formatted correctly or does not have all correct collumn information utilize propwire.com's data inport to reformat for absolutely free.

When organizing your data, it should mirror the screenshot above.

Street, City, State, Zip should correspond to the information for the subject properties.

Alt Street, City, etc should correspond to the owner mailing address.

Litigation Scrubbing

Analyze, Identify, Elimate, Repeat
Our in-house team of specially trained researchers analyze every TCPA lawsuit to identify high-risk data to be added to our Litigation Firewall® system. Use our API to scrub against the Litigation Firewall to eliminate high-risk data from outbound and inbound campaigns or use our system to manually inoculate data files, instantly. Litigation Firewall scrub stats are available by day, month, or in real time to appreciate all of the potential legal nightmares you avoided.
Adjustable Protection
Our data is segregated into multiple feeds based on its numerical AvR (accuracy vs. risk)score. A high AvR score indicates the data represents a higher litigation risk. You can adjust your suppression settings by checking or unchecking a feed, based on your appetite for risk.
Government and Internal DNC
In addition to scrubbing against our internally sourced data, the Litigation Firewall can also scrub against your internal DNC, as well as the National DNC Registry and select state-specific DNC registries.
